Praise and Parody: Whoopi Goldberg will be named E! Entertainment’s celebrity of the year as part of an hourlong “Year in Review” special at 9 tonight on the cable network. Goldberg gets the honor for her philanthropic work for an estimated 70 charities. . . . “Entertainment Tonight” is spoofed in the next issue of Mad magazine, which is due out on Tuesday. Mad refers to the show as “Entertainment Too Light,” and names the anchors “Mary Tart” and “John Tush.” Unoffended by the parody, “ET” will feature the magazine on Monday’s program.
