Plymouth, Dodge Models Recalled: Chrysler Corp. will recall about 276,000 cars to correct an emissions problem, the Environmental Protection Agency said. The problem involves 2.2-liter gasoline engines in 1987 Plymouth Horizons and Turismos and Dodge Omnis and Chargers. Chrysler will install a device to help limit the ignition spark advance during some throttle positions. The repairs will be made without charge to the owners and require about half an hour to complete, the EPA said.
