Hall of Fame pitcher Ferguson Jenkins attended the funeral of his young daughter and girlfriend in Guthrie, Okla. Samantha Jenkins, 3, and Cynthia Takieddine, 44, died of carbon monoxide poisoning after Takieddine ran a hose from the exhaust pipe to the inside of her car and locked the doors.
Noble County (Okla.) authorities said a suicide note was found in the car.
