Hopefully, the coming months and the search for truth will reveal the real motives behind this Somalia circus. Humanitarian? I doubt it. The military in recent years and certainly the Bush Administration have rarely performed in any way that wasn’t self-serving. Oh well, the generals get to try new machinery and George gets to play commander in chief one more time. Meanwhile, the starvation and violence continue in our own country.
