LIFESAVER: The newest cable-TV show in Cypress has no chase scenes. It’s called “Lost Pet Bulletin†and will air the second and fourth Mondays as a lead-in to coverage of City Council meetings. . . . If this seems like tame television, city officials say there’s a need. It features cats and dogs picked up by county animal control in hopes of finding their owners or new homes. . . . “This show adds a couple extra days to these animals’ lives,†says Assistant City Manager Dave Barrett. “Otherwise, they’d just be destroyed.â€
