The New York Stock Exchange said it has suspended trading in Trans World Airline’s $2.25 preferred stock on the expectation that shareholders will receive nothing in the airline’s bankruptcy reorganization. . . . American Cyanamid Co. and Immunex Corp. announced that they have agreed to create a new bio-pharmaceutical company, merging Cyanamid’s North American Lederle Laboratories oncology business with Immunex.
