Now it’s the General Services Agency’s turn. . . . County supervisors today will order a top-to-bottom review of the $170-million-a-year agency, responsible for myriad internal county services. But GSA Director Bert Scott isn’t worried: “I can’t think of any agency that can’t benefit from an internal review.”
