Irvine Engineering Firm Opens Office in Camarillo

Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates, a large engineering and planning firm, has opened an office in Camarillo, where it will work on projects for Pardee Construction Co. and other Ventura County developers.
Bein, Frost, which is based in Irvine, will help with continued development of Montelena and Ladera, two of Pardee’s home projects in Camarillo’s Mission Oaks area, said Gary Armstrong, a Bein, Frost senior vice president who heads the new unit.
“In addition to housing, we’ll be bidding on large public projects such as freeway ramps and bridges,” Armstrong said. “Our goal is to have a 50-50 mix of public and private work.”
Bein, Frost has opened temporary offices on Mission Oaks Boulevard. However, it will move in February to a business complex on Santa Rosa Road.
