Pemex Completes Gas Station Sales: Mexico’s national oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos, sold the last of the government-owned gasoline stations to the Mexican company Hidrosina, the national oil company known as Pemex said. The amount of the sale was not immediately disclosed. Sale of the 30 high-volume service stations, which account for about 10% of the gasoline sold in Mexico City, completes the restructuring of Pemex’s retail operations into a franchise system. All 1,200 Pemex stations now operate under franchises to Mexican citizens.
