A woman was apparently kidnaped when a man forced her into her own car at knifepoint Wednesday in University Heights, police said.
Witnesses told police that the unidentified woman was leaving her parked car about 11 a.m. when a man accosted her and forced her back into the dark-blue Porsche convertible.
The car was last seen heading north from the 2200 block of Camino del Rio South, just southwest of Interstates 805 and 8, authorities said.
The woman was described as white, 22 years old, 5-foot-2, 110 pounds and with blond shoulder-length hair. She was wearing a light-colored sweat shirt and jeans.
There was no description of her abductor.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the department at 531-2000.
