Israeli Troops Kill Masked Palestinian

JERUSALEM — Israeli troops shot and killed a masked Palestinian in the occupied West Bank on Sunday, the army said.
Mohammed Ramadan, 17, was shot in Hebron after stoning passing Israeli cars and ignoring soldiers’ calls to halt, an army statement said.
