The Region : Air Quality Workshops

Sixteen cities, including Glendale and La Canada Flintridge, that banded together to create a plan to deal with regional air quality issues will show highlights of the draft proposal to the public Tuesday and Wednesday in Arcadia.
The West San Gabriel Valley Planning Council, made up of planning staffs and elected officials from the 16 cities, has been developing the plan in response to air quality regulations.
Identical community workshops will be held both nights starting at 7 p.m. at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive.
