Conagra Chairman Plans Stock Sale: Conagra Inc. Chairman Charles Harper plans to sell about 40% of his stake in the food processing company, Conagra announced. Harper will sell about 1 million shares, which are now worth about $30 million, the company said. Harper, 65, will use the proceeds to pursue unspecified business investments and commitments, the company said. Harper recently stepped down as chief executive of the Omaha-based food processor. He remains as chairman.
