Loren (Teeter) Marshall, 22, a forward at New Mexico State, underwent surgery to remove a bullet from his left thigh above the kneecap after an after-football game fraternity party. Marshall, a 6-foot-7, 180-pound junior from Daly City, Calif., transferred to New Mexico State this fall from City College of San Francisco.
