PUBLIC HEARING: The Los Angeles city zoning administrator will conduct a public hearing on the Phoenix House request for a permit to operate a 15O-bed drug treatment facility at the defunct Lake View Terrace Medical Center. The public hearing begins at 9 a.m. at the Lake View Terrace Recreation Center, 11075 Foothill Blvd.
RALLY: The San Fernando Valley-Northeast Los Angeles chapter of the National Organization for Women is sponsoring a “Take Back the Night†rally on Friday at 6:30 p.m. at the Van Nuys Federal Building.
