CROSS CURRENT
I got a chuckle trying to picture corporate executives shaken by the poor representation of women and minorities in the workplace and furrowing their brows over the question of how to attract and keep more of them.
The aim of managers no longer is to inspire and lead subordinates through tough times? Now it seems to be: How can I get rid of subordinates, how can I do it before the quarter’s end, and how much can I squeeze out for myself before this system collapses under its own weight?
