Ninety-one homes will be offered at auction on Saturday in San Diego and San Francisco and next Sunday in Los Angeles, with minimum selling prices ranging from $20,000 to $725,000, according to auctioneer Kennedy-Wilson, who will conduct all sales.
The sale in San Diego will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at each of seven property sites, the San Francisco auction is set for 1 p.m. at the Westin Hotel at the San Francisco Airport and Sunday’s sale in Los Angeles will be conducted at 1 p.m. at the Sheraton Los Angeles Airport.
The sale represents an opportunity for buyers to take advantage of substantial savings off last asking prices for single family homes, condominium homes and multiple-family residences. The properties are located throughout California, with a concentration in Los Angeles County.
Among the auction listing is a six-bedroom, 6,422-square foot, Mediterranean style home in Chatsworth, for a minimum selling price of $695,000 and on the other end of the scale a fourplex in Los Angeles for a minimum selling price of $50,000.
The auction information office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until auction day. Kennedy-Wilson auctioneers are located at 2950 31st St., Suite 300, Santa Monica or may be reached by calling (800) 522-6664.
