GORMAN : Panel Delays Action on Outlet Center
- Share via
The Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission postponed action Wednesday on a proposed 85-store factory outlet center near Gorman.
The commission is scheduled to consider the proposal by McArthur/Glen Group of Washington on Sept. 16.
The company wants to build the outlet center on 50 acres located north of the junction of the Golden State Freeway and California 138. It would include a retail strip center with two gas stations, an 80-room hotel and five restaurants that would be built by The Sammis Co. of Westlake Village.
