IN BRIEF : ‘Portraits of Maestro’ at Ellington Society
“Portraits of the Maestro†will be presented by Bill Hill, president of the Duke Ellington Society, during the society’s meeting Tuesday at the Community Center of Santa Monica Place, Third Street and Broadway, Santa Monica. A discussion period will follow.
A donation of $3 for members, $5 for non-members, is requested; refreshments are included. Free parking is at the Broadway entrance to Santa Monica Place, Level 4H.
