Who is TCA public relations man Michael Stockstill trying to fool? Does he really believe that the environmental groups the TCA is suing are big and powerful? If they were, Orange County wouldn’t have become the most ill-planned haven of planned communities choking on its own exhaust.
Stockstill paints a picture of a “David” going up against a “Goliath” consortium of environmental groups, when in actuality it is the TCA who is a bullying Goliath who needs a good hit on the head with a rock.
