Shooting Down Airport Privatization Idea

Mr. DeVany obviously does not reside near John Wayne Airport. He says, “The record on noise is good.” This is old and completely untrue news. Before April of this year, it may well have been true, as many homeowners such as ourselves, found the plane noise to be only a nuisance. Since then, however, we have had our sleep constantly interrupted and our peace of mind shattered by the “new” takeoff procedures. A better point to Mr. DeVany’s article would have been, “Who will own the airport when the new round of class-action lawsuits begin?” Any attorneys reading this?
