David E. Crocker has been appointed manager of marketing for Santa Fe Railway’s waste products group in the carload business unit. Crocker, based in Costa Mesa, is responsible for identifying and developing West Coast rail haul opportunities to move municipal solid waste, recycling materials, sludge and hazardous waste and soils. He has previously worked as sales manager for System Disposal Service and as assistant general manager of Murcole Inc., a solid waste and recycling company in Compton.
