Without condemning or condoning the new hillside proposals, it’s incredulous that Councilman Michael Woo, fully aware of the City Council vote, appears to have rushed his project to avoid the costs, and the destruction of his front yard for additional parking (July 25).
Would Woo have added on to his home if he was required to comply with his own proposals?
