It’s nice to know, in these times of ever increasing insurance premiums and declining benefits that there is still a good insurance value around. With the ongoing Iran/Contra investigation and the more recent Iraqgate developments, it is easy to see why Bush plans to keep Quayle on his ticket: He still represents the best impeachment insurance in town.
