Milan Milanovic of Switzerland won the 47th stage of the Runner’s World Trans America Footrace, running the 41.35 miles from Newman, Ill., to Rockville, Ind., in 6 hours 16 minutes 8 seconds. David Warady of Huntington Beach was fifth, but increased his overall lead to more than four minutes.
