ALHAMBRA : Woman Found Shot to Death in Living Room
A 48-year-old Alhambra woman was found shot to death in her living room Wednesday afternoon, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Cameron Molina was struck by two rounds that appear to have been fired from outside her single-family home on the 1600 block of South Edgewood Drive, Sgt. Noel Lanier said.
An employee of Southern California Edison, Molina was separated from her husband and lived alone, Lanier said. Her body was discovered after a friend reported to police that he had not been able to reach Molina by phone.
Detectives believe that Molina was killed late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning, Lanier said. An investigation is continuing.
