* Community Psychiatric Centers, a psychiatric services company in Laguna Hills, has appointed six former executives to management positions. Kay E. Seim, previously senior vice president and chief operating officer of Ramsay Health Care Inc., has been appointed executive vice president in charge of operations in California and the Northwest. Seim worked for CPC for 20 years, last serving as regional vice president, Northwest, in 1990. Terrance R. Bridges, previously vice president, operations, for Ramsay Health Care, Inc., has been appointed senior vice president, Southern California operations. Prior to joining Ramsay in 1988, Bridges was vice president of CPC’s Texas region. John-Paul Sensibile has returned to assume the post of vice president, operations, and is currently overseeing CPC Laguna Hills Hospital. He was acting vice president in the Los Angeles region last year. Eric M. Agnew, recently returned to run CPC Horizon Hospital in Pomona, Calif., which will be reopening soon. Agnew worked for CPC from 1983 to 1991, serving as vice president of development and dialysis. Jill S. Brandenburger has rejoined the company as vice president, alcohol and drug services. Brandenburger worked for CPC from 1980 to 1990, heading up the addiction medicine division. And Robert Derenthal, a former senior vice president of CPC, has come back to oversee certain Southern California operations, and is now serving as a consultant on special projects to chairman and chief executive Richard L. Conte. Derenthal joined CPC in 1973 and left in 1989 to become executive vice president of Vivra Inc.
