Marty Nothstein was leading the men’s kilometer time trial with a career-best time of 1:06.06 when rain washed out the competition with 13 riders yet to race in the U.S. Olympic cycling trials at Blaine, Minn. The entire event, in which only the winner will advance to Barcelona, will be rerun Thursday.
