A retired San Marcos man has been arrested, accused of the sexual molestations of five neighborhood children from the ages of 6 to 11, a sheriff’s investigator said.
Marvin Glickman, 67, of the 100 block of Calle Isabel, was arrested after a search of his home Thursday night, Sheriff’s Detective Al Collier said, and held in the Vista County Jail on 20 counts of lewd acts with a child under 14; six counts of oral copulation with a child under 14; two counts of penetration with a foreign object and two counts of providing lewd material to a minor.
Bail was set at $610,000.
Collier said the alleged molestations occurred over several years, while the victims were frequent visitors to the suspect’s home. Detectives investigated when victims told their parents, Collier said.
