Stretch Out That Brunch

Several restaurants will be expanding their regular Sunday brunch hours for Father’s Day. Among them:
* Chanteclair at 18912 MacArthur Blvd., Irvine. A three-course, sit-down menu will be served from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; $16 to $23, complimentary champagne. (714) 752-8001.
* Watercolors in the Dana Point Resort, 25135 Park Lantern. The buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; $32 for adults, $16 for children. (714) 661-5000.
* Barbacoa at 3333 Pacific Coast Highway, Newport Beach ((714) 646-6090), Bistro 201 at 18201 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine ((714) 553-9201), Kachina at 222 Forest Ave., Laguna Beach ((714) 497-5546) and Zuni Grill at 3966 Barranca Parkway, Irvine ((714) 262-0864) all will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 5 to 10 p.m.
* El Torito Grill at 633 Anton Blvd. in Costa Mesa will serve a buffet brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; $10.95 for adults (includes champagne), $4.95 for children under 12. (714) 662-2672.
* Las Brisas, 361 Cliff Drive, Laguna Beach, will serve a four-course sit-down menu and champagne from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (714) 497-5434.
* Caliente at 1910 Main St., Irvine, will serve a Southwestern buffet with champagne from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mariachis will entertain; $10.95 for adults, $5.95 for children under 12. (714) 975-1220.
