CAMARILLO : Motorist Dies After Car Runs Off Road
A 44-year-old man was killed early Wednesday when his car ran off Santa Rosa Road east of Camarillo, landed on its top and burst into flames, the California Highway Patrol said.
David Min of Camarillo was traveling at a high rate of speed when the accident happened near Gerry Road about 1:10 a.m., the CHP reported. Min’s car failed to make a left-hand curve and hit a power pole, fire hydrant and large oak tree before coming to rest.
