9 a.m.--Speaks to U.S./Russia business conference at J.W. Marriott Hotel.
9:30 a.m.--Meets with Commerce Secretary Barbara Hackman Franklin at Blair House.
11 a.m--Addresses joint meeting of House and Senate on Capitol Hill.
noon--Lunch with members of Congress.
2:30 p.m.--Boat tour of Chesapeake Bay.
4:30 p.m.--Signing ceremony at White House for summit agreements reached.
4:45 p.m.--Joint news conference, East Room of the White House.
6 p.m.--Meets with religious leaders at Blair House.
7:30 p.m.--Dinner for President Bush hosted by Yeltsin at the Russian Embassy.
Thursday
7:30 a.m.--Meets with Democratic presidential candidate Bill Clinton at Blair House.
8 a.m.--Farewell tea at the White House.
8:35 a.m.--Farewell ceremony outside the White House.
