Man, 21, Killed in Alleged Gang Shooting

A 21-year-old Canoga Park man was killed in what police said Sunday was an apparent gang-related shooting.
Los Angeles police officers found Gustavo Leandro Amescula had been wounded about 8:30 p.m. Saturday when they responded to reports of a shooting in the 21000 block of Roscoe Boulevard in Canoga Park, Sgt. David Johnson said.
Amescula was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died. There is no one in custody and the motive for the shooting is unknown, Johnson said.
