Anchor Changes: KTTV Channel 11 has replaced weeknight news anchor Patti Davis Suarez with Christine Devine, who has been the weekend anchor. Suarez was dismissed after Wednesday’s broadcast as part of the “changes necessary to reach our goals of being the top-ranked newscast . . . in the market,” said Jose Rios, who was named KTTV’s news director just last week. Devine will anchor KTTV’s 10 p.m. newscast with Chris Harris “at least for the foreseeable future,” a station spokeswoman said. KTTV reporter Carol Lin will take over as weekend anchor.
