OXNARD : Agreement Revised for Condo Project
The Oxnard City Council has amended an agreement with a Channel Islands Harbor development company, clearing the way for the firm to convert 120 apartments to condominiums and to build 140 new condominiums.
As part of the agreement, Oxnard stands to receive $600,000 from Anacapa Ventures for the apartment conversions and another $1 million if the new condominium project is built.
