Bruins to Open Season in NIT
UCLA’s opener next season will be a first-round game in the Big Apple National Invitation Tournament on Nov. 18 or 19, probably at Pauley Pavilion.
The tournament field will be set next month.
UCLA also will play games at Duke and Pittsburgh and against Georgia in Atlanta. The Bruins will play Notre Dame at Pauley Pavilion and are negotiating to play Kansas in Westwood. They are tentatively scheduled to play Arizona State in their Pacific 10 Conference opener on Jan. 7 at Pauley Pavilion.
