HEAVENLY TONES: The Crystal Cathedral will throw a special birthday party in May. It’s the 10th anniversary of its huge organ--the largest European-built instrument in the world. Several concerts are planned (F27). Frederick Swann, who has played the organ for 10 years, says it’s been a pleasure. . . . “People ask me all the time how it feels to have all that power to make all that racket,” he says. “But I don’t look at it that way.
