Arthur Eric Phelps, 16, was ordered to stand trial in Fresno on charges of murdering a Fresno State football player and his girlfriend. Arraignment for Phelps was scheduled for April 7. Phelps will stand trial as an adult on charges that he shot and killed Melvin Johnson, 21, and Lisa Kelley, 19, on Jan. 2.
