Play It Again, Sam: To celebrate the 50th anniversary of “Casablanca,” the 1942 film classic starring Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart will be re-released April 10 in Los Angeles and six other cities. The new bookings will utilize “pristine” new prints struck from the original fine-grain master, which is kept at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The Oscar-winning film will then play nationally in its first major theatrical release in more than 35 years.
