Thanking Magic: Superstar entertainer Neil Diamond donated $25,000 to the Magic Johnson Foundation Monday night during a ceremony prior to his performance at the Inglewood Forum. The money represents the net revenue from sales of Diamond’s tour books during his eight sold-out nights here. Diamond said the gift is on behalf of all his fans “who love Magic Johnson.” The foundation’s mission is to fund education and research about HIV and AIDS.
