Filling the Bill: The lineup has been set for the mixed-bag Lollapalooza Festival music tour that the Red Hot Chili Peppers will headline this summer. On the bill with the Peppers: Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Ice Cube, Ministry and the Jesus and Mary Chain. The tour kicks off July 18 in San Francisco and ends Aug. 30 in Los Angeles. In addition to the music, there are arts, crafts and booths on political and environmental issues.
