Quality of Life at Issue
I was quite surprised to read about the number of low-income housing projects that will be generated by Measure A. I am for planned, managed growth that brings us the quality of homes and the necessary services, such as roads, fire, police and parks, that will make this valley a truly outstanding place to live.
Measure A is not going to do this. Instead, it is going to hurt our struggling businesses by limiting economic growth. It’s going to choke our roads because development is going to occur around us, and it is going to diminish our quality of life.
