SIZING UP SILICONE IMPLANTS

I feel it necessary to point out that not all women chose silicone implants in an attempt to snare a rock musician. Some of us are principled, educated, loving wives and mothers subject to human frailties and folly. I feel safe in saying that few of us would have undergone the procedure had we known the risk. Under the circumstances, I wish Shearer could have shown more compassion for the fears, concerns and anger that we are feeling.
