Jonathan T. Glass, rector of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Upland, has been elected president of the board of the Pomona Valley Council of Churches.
The council, founded in 1968, is a nonprofit organization of 73 churches that administers hunger and shelter programs.
A graduate of Brown University and Yale University School of Divinity, Glass is also president of St. Mark’s Homeless Shelter and a board member of the Mt. Baldy Region of United Way.
