Grigsby has 31 strikeouts in 20 innings.
Sean Maharg, SCC’s No. 2 batter, opened the scoring in the top of the first with a home run to center, but it was all SDSU (10-5) from there as the Aztecs scored one in the second and fourth, four in the fifth, and two in the seventh and eighth. SCC fell to 2-5-1.
