A 91-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with molesting a 7-year-old girl, police said.
Jack Clarence Goings was arrested at his East Main Street residence and arraigned on 15 counts of child molestation after a weeklong investigation, El Cajon Police Lt. Bob Lein said.
Goings, a retired merchant seaman, lured the child to his apartment with candy and money, Lein said. Goings was arrested by El Cajon police in 1981 for similar offenses, Lein said.
