Walker Drops Suit: KCBS-TV Channel 2 anchor Bree Walker said Thursday she will drop her Federal Communications Commission complaint against KFI-AM and two of its talk show hosts. KFI personalities Tom Leykis and Jane Norris were cited in Walker’s October complaint for broadcasting programs in which she and her husband, Jim Lampley, were allegedly criticized for opting to have a child at risk for a genetic deformity. On Monday, the FCC’s Mass Media Bureau rejected the complaint, but Walker’s attorney said Wednesday she was still considering an appeal to the full five-member commission.
