Here are some of the closures Caltrans plans on area freeways this week:
One lane of southbound Golden State Freeway (5) in Glendale from Scott Road to the Los Angeles River will be closed today from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. and again on Friday from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.
The San Fernando Road on-ramp to the eastbound Ventura Freeway (134) in Eagle Rock will be closed today from noon to 2 p.m.
