Driver Rick Kuebler and trainer Paul Blumenfield combined for a track-record seven victories on Friday night’s 12-race program at Los Alamitos.
Kuebler, who has a record seven Los Alamitos driving titles, won seven of his nine drives--the first three and the last four. He tied the state record set by Ross Croghan at Cal Expo in Sacramento in 1989.
