COLLEGE BASKETBALL PACIFIC 10 : Washington State Scores Big Victory Over California

Washington State eclipsed the 100-point mark in a Pacific 10 Conference game for the first time in 12 years when the Cougars defeated California, 101-83, Saturday at Pullman, Wash.
Eddie Hill scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half for Washington State (16-4, 4-3), which had not reached 100 points since a 102-74 victory over Stanford in 1980.
Terrence Lewis, who scored 18 points, put the Cougars ahead to stay at 27-25 when he made a lay-in with 8:24 left in the first half.
Rob Corkrum scored 16 points and had 10 rebounds for Washington State.
Brian Hendrick of California (7-10, 1-6) scored 25 points and had 15 rebounds.
Arizona State 71, Oregon 62--Mario Bennett came off the bench to score 26 points and grab 17 rebounds as the Sun Devils ended a two-game losing streak with the victory at Tempe, Ariz.
Jamal Faulkner scored 14 points and Lynn Collins added 12 points and five assists for Arizona State (12-7, 3-4).
Antoine Stoudamire and Orlando Williams each scored 17 points for Oregon (5-10, 1-7).
